Much of Melbourne's Grey Daturas music is noise/drone in a loose, improvised, experimental kind of way. This release seems to have more of a rock structure to it. Just a "little" bit that is... For fans of The Dead C or Bardo Pond.

These guys fucking rock. I saw them a couple of months back in a warehouse in Sydney. Fucking amazing. Talked to them for a bit, too. Nice people.
ReplyDeleteSaw them earlier this year myself. Their whole set was one song basically. Just a improvised mess of noise. It was fantastic!
